Turbulence Training and 30-Day Detox

It's been along time since I've posted. I have been really busy. I moved, started school and got a puppy. I don't have the time to play on the computer that I used to. I am in the 3rd week of a Turbulence Training transformation challenge. More on those workouts later. I did all 3 workouts week 1 and only 1 last week. I'm back on the wagon this week though! I also started Dax Moy's 30 day elimination diet challenge. It started yesterday, but I am not starting until today, so I guess mine is only 29 days.

I am in a holistic Nutrition Therapy program right now. I figured I need to walk the walk before I can tell clients what to do. I am also considering taking up yoga to get more balanced. I will try to post my food intake and workouts each day.

Tori,

Geez, with all of that going on I don't expect another blog post soon! A new puppy, Lord, that's the same as a baby, isn't it?

Anyway, I've been having a hard time getting blog posts published, you should see my "draft" folder, many started but not finished! I talk too much! So I'm going to try and shorten the posts, try to get to a point and move on!

Good luck with the detox, that's some seriuos shit, I think just cutting out one food, sugar, I only lasted less than a couple of weeks!

Hey Tori - that is great you are doing the TT training program - it is tough but effective! The holistic nutrition is fantastic as well... Please post more on the Dax Moy plan - for some of my clients it was a great program but for others they lost more muscle than fat along the way... Guess it works differently for different people, right?!
